    Poorly designed backpack.

Even though the backpack is big and can handle a big load, it suffers from a design flaw. Once the backpack is loaded, it tends to lean forward. This makes the kids to slightly drag the front of the backpack on the ground causing the fabric to rip. We bought one and a month later the backpack has a 2-3 inch tear at the bottom front and 1-2 inch tear at the front pocket. It cost too much money for something that will definitely not last a year.

  2. I had to get a bag w/ enough support and room for many books…(nursing program). It’s held up pretty well so far w/ no problems and I have to drag this thing thru street n rocks, conrete, & brick. Its only been a month but its held up great and I get alot of compliments in it being so different and cool lookin.

This is a great, roomy bag. But after only a few months of my 9 year old using it at school, the outside corners haved ripped out. He does not even change classes with it! Only uses it during carpool, going and coming to school!

Now we have to send it in for warranty, although it is probably not under warranty due to “normal wear and tear”, or we have to buy another bag. We had previously tried buying a cheap rolling backpack and that one ripped. So, I thought buying an expensive bag with a warranty would be better. Oh, well…

  4. I had a hard time finding a back pack with wheels this fall. My daughter is petite for her age and also has scolosis so carrying a heavy back pack is not an option. This item is great for older kids who have lots of books and either have a back problem or physical disability and can’t carry a backpack. Jansport is a great brand also.

Bought the JanSport Wheeled Super Break (Sept. 07) for my daughter’s 2007-2008 school year. It’s December 7, 2007 and the handle for the wheelie part just broke, this is ridiculous!
